Vi er glade for at kunne byde velkommen til Jack Heritage og Dan Trailescu til et fælles weekendseminar, som giver en unik mulighed for at lære fra to dygtige og alsidige kampkunstudøvere.

Jack Heritage’s primære baggrund er i Wado Ryu Karate (4. Dan), og han er medlem af BCA samt cheftræner og grundlægger af Costworld Karate School. Jack bringer en unik tilgang, der kombinerer traditionel Karate med erfaring i Submission Grappling, Kickboxing og Tai Chi. Han træner ofte med anerkendte instruktører som Iain Abernethy og Jamie Clubb, hvilket yderligere fordyber hans ekspertise. Jack lægger vægt på et selvforsvars-fokus, hvor han ikke kun underviser i fysiske teknikker, men også i opmærksomhed, strategi og forberedelse til potentielle konfrontationer. Hver øvelse og drill har et klart formål, så deltagerne kan udvikle praktiske, virkelighedsnære færdigheder effektivt.

Dan Trailescu er instruktør hos 500Rising, som tilbyder instruktørkurser i kvinders selvforsvar, og er også kendt som “Aikido Boy,” et sjovt navn givet af Master Ken. Dan er en alsidig kampkunstudøver med stor forståelse for flere discipliner og deltager regelmæssigt i seminarer og træninger ud over Aikido for at udvide sine færdigheder. Hans undervisning fokuserer ikke kun på fysiske teknikker, men også på de mentale og følelsesmæssige aspekter af træningen. Gennem øvelser med fokus på grænsesætning, opmærksomhed og selvtillid hjælper Dan deltagerne med at føle sig trygge, stærke og forberedte på virkelige situationer.

Weekendseminaret er en fantastisk mulighed for at træne med fokus og intention, møde andre kampkunstudøvere og lære praktiske færdigheder fra to erfarne instruktører. Efter seminaret inviteres alle til fællesspisning og afslapning i Esbjerg Karate Club, hvor der er mulighed for samtale og socialt samvær blandt deltagerne.

Seminar with Jack Heritage & Dan Trailescu

We are excited to welcome Jack Heritage and Dan Trailescu for a joint weekend seminar, offering a unique opportunity to learn from two highly skilled and versatile martial artists.

Jack Heritage’s primary background is in Wado Ryu Karate (4th Dan), and he is a member of BCA as well as the head coach and founder of Costworld Karate School. He brings a unique approach that combines traditional Karate with experience in Submission Grappling, Kickboxing, and Tai Chi. Jack often trains with renowned practitioners such as Iain Abernethy and Jamie Clubb, further deepening his expertise. His teaching emphasizes a self-protection mindset, covering not just physical skills, but also awareness, strategy, and preparation leading up to a potential confrontation. Each exercise and drill is objective-based, helping participants develop practical, real-world skills efficiently.

Dan Trailescu is an instructor at 500Rising, which offers women’s self-defense instructor courses, and is also known as “Aikido Boy,” a playful name given to him by Master Ken. Dan is a well-rounded martial artist with a strong understanding of multiple disciplines, regularly participating in seminars and trainings beyond Aikido to expand his skills. His approach emphasizes not only physical techniques but also the mental and emotional aspects of training. Through exercises focused on boundary-setting, awareness, and confidence-building, Dan helps participants feel safe, empowered, and prepared for real-world situations.

The weekend seminar is a great opportunity to train with focus and intent, connect with fellow martial artists, and gain practical skills from two highly experienced instructors. After the seminar, everyone is invited to share a meal and relax at Esbjerg Karate Club, fostering conversation and camaraderie across all attendees.
